Conditions
Prices and Discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 – 4 persons.
For every additional person we charge 15,00 €/night.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning and any fees and taxes, with the exception of local tax.
The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (2,90 € per day and person above 14 years of age)
Will be charged separately: EXTRAS.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
Dogs are allowed on request. For your four-legged family members we charge 10,00 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed
Additional charges and terms of payment
Angeld: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150,00 € has been paid.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We will also apply the below cancellation conditions.
For stays of less than 5 days there is a surcharge.
Surcharge for breakfast: For bed & breakfast we charge 12,00 € per person. (Children under 12 years: 50%)
Payment: It has proven to be convenient to make a bank transfer shortly before arrival or during the stay.
It is also possible to pay locally with debit card or in cash, but not with credit card.
The cash limit in Italy amounts to 1.999 €. Please pay the city tax and extras in cash.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 4 p.m. On request an earlier arrival is also possible. In case of a delay (later than 6 p.m.), we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day we ask you to vacate the apartment no later than 9 a.m.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
You may cancel your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit.
In case of a cancellation between 29 days before arrival and the booked day of arrival, following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation until 14 days before arrival: 60% of the full price.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 85% of the full price.
In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

Cancellation insurance
You never know…
We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation.
